Presets+ Privacy Policy

Presets+ ("we", "our", or "the app") is a photo editing application. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect and Use

Photos. Photos are opened and edited only on your device. We do not upload your photos to our servers. If you save edited photos to your photo library, that access is limited to adding/saving only, as permitted by iOS.
Usage and analytics. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (e.g. screen views, feature usage). This helps us improve the product. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Crash and performance data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and related technical data. This helps us fix bugs and improve stability. Crash data may include device model, OS version, and app state at the time of a crash, but we do not use it to identify you.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment details. Apple’s privacy practices apply to those transactions. Subscription status (e.g. whether you have premium access) is determined on your device using Apple’s StoreKit and is not sent to our servers in a personally identifiable way.

3. Data Storage

Your edited images, presets, and album data are stored locally on your device. We do not store your photos or personal content on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use:

Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting. See Firebase Privacy and Google Privacy Policy.
Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases. Apple’s privacy policy applies: Apple Privacy Policy.

5. Your Choices

You can limit ad tracking and analytics via your device settings (e.g. iOS Limit Ad Tracking). Disabling analytics may limit our ability to improve the app but does not affect core editing features.

6. Children

Presets+ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
